Henry “Junebug” Martin, Jr., departed this life on September 8, 2026, at St. Thomas Rutherford. He was born on September 7, 1968 to the Shirley Ann Martin and the late Henry Martin, Sr.

Junebug received his education in the Rutherford County School System. He graduated from Oakland High School with honors in football.

He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Davis Martin, Sr. and brother, Terry Lyons, nephew LaTodd Lyons.

Henry leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife, LaQuina Martin; mother, Shirley Martin; sisters, Shirleon Phillips, Lenona Phillips, and Delories (Robert) Crawford; brother, Timothy (Kimberly) Lyons; nieces, LaToria Phillips, LaCresha Dobey, Jasmine Crawford; nephews, AnTonio Travis, and Robert Crawford; three great nieces and three great nephews; four aunts and uncles; devoted friends, Russell Hugle, JB Miller, and Nick Moon; and a host of cousins, family, and friends.

Family Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026 from 1pm-2pm, with funeral service to follow, at Olive Branch Church, 1115 Minerva Dr, Murfreesboro, TN 37130.
