With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Ellen Elaine Bellamy, a beloved mother, sister, and friend, who left us on October 24, 2026, at the age of 69. Born on December 20, 1956, to the union of James Bellamy and Mabel Webster Bellamy in Campbell, Ohio Ellen, affectionately known by family and friends as Peaches, brought warmth and radiated light to everyone who knew her, much like her favorite color, yellow.

A proud graduate of Campbell Memorial High School Ellen spent her life dedicated to service, working as a seasonal employee with the Salvation Army, where her cheerful spirit and compassionate nature made a profound impact on those around her. Peaches was known for her dedication to ringing the bell during the holiday season, reminding all of the joy of giving and community.

Peaches leaves enduring memories with her two sons, James (Lizzette) Bellamy and Timothy (Ashley) Bellamy, sister Noreen Patton, niece Pamela Lyle and sister/friend Lucille Green. Ellen's legacy is woven into the hearts of those she loved, and she will be deeply missed by all, especially her ten grandchildren, great granddaughter, along with a great host of family and friends.

As Ellen entered eternity, she was reunited with her parents, son Glenn Land and sister Minnie Johnson. In Peaches' memory, let us remember her laughter, her kindness, and the bright light she brought into each of our lives. She leaves behind a legacy of love, service, and resilience that we will carry forward.

In accordance with Peaches' wishes, on Thursday, October 29, 2026, there will be a public viewing from 11:00 AM- 12 Noon to honor Ellen's life and legacy in the chapel of the J E Washington Funeral Home in Youngstown. There will be no services or ceremonies at the conclusion of the visitation.
