After many years of faithful service and commitment, he retired in September 2004.

To those who knew and loved him, Clarence was a man whose heart was truly made of gold. His love was as radiant as his smile, and his kindness left a lasting impression on everyone he en countered. He was compassionate, thoughtful, and generous, always willing to extend a helping hand or offer a word of encouragement, and his warm personality made him a treasured presence in the lives of his family and friends.

Clarence enjoyed his many interests and hobbies, including his computer, playing his guitar, and operating his CB radio and scanner. These simple pleasures brought him great joy and reflected his curious mind.

He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Sam and Winnie Brown, and several of his beloved siblings. Though his earthly journey has come to an end, Clarence’s legacy of love, kindness, generosity, and compassion will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him. His radiant smile, gentle spirit, and unwavering love for others will never be forgotten.
