Mr. Reggie Spates, of Tallahassee, Florida, formerly of Greenwood, Florida, transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare, in Tallahassee, Florida.

Homegoing Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. from the sanctuary of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, located at 3996 Wintergreen Road in Greenwood, Florida, where Rev. Kevin Williams, is the pastor.

Vann Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Spates will lie in repose at the church from 10:00 A.M. until time for the service.

A public viewing will be held on Friday, November 6, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home in Marianna, Florida.

He leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond, yet precious memories, a loving and devoted family:

Sister: Valerie Spates of Greenwood, Florida

Friend: Louzell Spates of Tallahassee, Florida
