Our beloved wife and daughter, Tracey Yvette “Ladybird” Roberts Davis, entered God’s Kingdom on
January 12, 2025, at Merrill Gardens Retirement Community. Tracey was born on March 23, 1973, in Williamsburg, Virginia, to the late Billy Roberts and Lillian McQueen Roberts.
From a young age, she cherished reading her Bible and spending time with family and friends. Tracey attended Richland School District One, graduating as part of Dreher High School’s" Class of 1991.” Following her graduation, she pursued a fulfilling career as a Nursing Assistant at Merrill Gardens Retirement Community. A devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend, Tracey’s radiant smile and joyful laughter could light up any room she entered.
In 1996, Tracey met Walter Davis, her soulmate and a match truly made in heaven. Together, they
lovingly raised their bonus son, Darell. Above all, Tracey was a loyal servant to God. Her faith and love
for the Lord inspired her dedication to sharing the warmth and grace of Jesus Christ with everyone she
met. She was a faithful and active member of Haskell Heights First Baptist Church.
Tracey now rejoices in Heaven with her grandparents, Oliver and Allean McQueen and King and
Rozelia Roberts; her father, Billy Roberts.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with her husband, Walter Davis, her bonus
