Celebration of Life Services for Prentice W. Henderson, Jr. of Jackson, Georgia will be held Tuesday, October 7, 2025, 12:00 PM at Towaliga County Line Baptist Church, 153 Short Road, Jackson, Georgia 30233. Pastor Eddie Collier, Eulogist.

Remains will be placed in-state at 11:00 AM.

Public viewing will be held Monday, October 6, 2025, from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the Chapel of Henderson Funeral Services, 744 Brownlee Road, Jackson, Georgia 30233.

Prentice W. Henderson, Jr. leaves to cherish his memory: his devoted wife, Mary Henderson; his loving children, Wade Henderson (Trellis), Kim Henderson (Carlton Conley), and Veneka Henderson; fivegrandchildren and three great-grandchildren — Michael Williams, Ketara Anthony (Stephone, Sr.); children Stephone Jr., Stormi, and Skylar), Brandon, Kali, and Lyric; nine siblings — Alice Mae Harris, Martha Henderson, Carolyn Tanner, Leanell Henderson, Felicia Strickland, Robert (Teri) Henderson, Melvin (Shirley) Henderson, Lester Henderson; along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends who will forever treasure his memory.

Prentice’s life was one of love, faith, and perseverance. His strength, compassion, and courage touched countless lives and will continue to inspire those who knew and loved him.
