Our hearts go out to the McGhee, McCrary family. Our families grew up together and we are so very saddened to hear this news. Our offices were right across the street from each other so I always felt our fathers were keeping an eye on us from above. So much love and well wishes for everyone. We are in such challenging times; I hate to see the good people leave us. Praying for love and peace to the family. Gina Geiger

Her love of plants and nature will remain for years to come. Her dedication to the Sickle Cell Foundation will be hard to match. Whenever you're feeling low from grief, remember her laughter and all those great times God gave her with us! Linda M. Jennings, neighbor, Atlanta, GA.
My heartfelt condolences to Dwight and the McGhee family.
Debra was a dynamic, energetic, and resourceful woman who was determined to make life better for many, especially her mother (Barbara). During our many, lengthy conversations Debra would talk about her work at the Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia, and her goal to help the organization to accomplish its mission.
Debra was also a fun person. She loved spending leisure time relaxing, eating, and laughing with family. Even now I smile when I think of the enjoyment we shared during impromptu sleepovers when Debra and Dwight and Barbara stopped in Charlotte NC en route home from family trips to Martha's Vineyard or Washington DC.
I know Debra will be missed by many.
