There are no words to sum of the essence of this wonderful man, Deacon George A. Collier!! My deepest condolences to his beloved & beautiful "divinely hand picked"wife, Mother Theresa Collier and amazing sons, Delvon & Brandon and precious grandchildren. To his entire precious family members, consider yourselves blessed that God loaned him to you for an assigned time. My knowledge of him goes back to my youth throughout adulthood. He, along with his wife, were faithful workers for the kingdom at Greater FairHill Baptist Church! They displayed a love for GOD and each other that served as a role model for many in their path! As a manager at Cascade Post Office, George treated his employees with dignity and respect! He valued the mission of the Postal Service and the workers who performed the services! He believed a happy employee was a productive employee!! He walked what he talked!! His style of dedicated leadership will be forever missed!! Overall, for me, he will be missed because he was a true friend and servant of God. There is comfort in knowing that he has now traded his cross for his crown!! What an INCREDIBLE UPGRADE!!! Sincerely, Nellie Jones Cascade Post Office Family

Condolences to the Collier family. George was one of the best Supervisor/Managers at East Point. He taught me everything I needed to know to become a successful Supervisor. He will be definitely missed.
My Deepest & Sincere Condolences & Sympathy to Mrs. Collier & Sons Delvon & Brandon & entire Collier Family for the loss of Mr. Collier. There are no words to stop the pain. I had an opportunity to meet & work with George starting our Journey at The East Point Postal Facility. George was always dedicated & Committed to his Job as Supervisor & later as (A) Manager. He never missed a day as the Primary Opening Supervisor staying from the beginning to the End. There's no perfect anything anywhere but I can say as I said many times to George " All that Won't get done Today, there will be a new day". We disagreed on some things to agree. Lord, this news hurt me to learn of his death. Thank You Mr Collier again for your Tenacity, Dedication & Commitment in your Service both Postal & Military. Sir, you will be Missed. Take your well deserved rest & S.I.P. ๐๐พ๐๐ขuntil we see you again
