Thoughts of Hope and Comfort by Helen Steiner Rice After the clouds, the sunshine, after the winter, the spring, After the shower, the rainbow, for a life is a changeable thing. After the night, the morning, bidding all darkness cease, After life's cares and sorrows, the comfort and sweetness of peace.
My heartfelt condolences to Chandra and the family. May God comfort you and the memory of your mom give you joy and peace
Members of the Artistic Dogwood Garden Club, and the Gardenia District of the Georgia Association of Garden Clubs, Inc. extend our sympathy to the Family of Johnnie Berry. We acknowledge her dedication to her Foxglove Garden Club and the Dogwood District of the Garden Club of Georgia. Most admirable was her willingness to perform as judge for our standard flower shows at luncheons and conventions. We are blessed to have fellowship and share her love of African violets, flowers, horticulture and design. We will miss her, but only until we all meet again, with our Precious Lord and Savior.
I met Johnnie 3 short years ago, and only saw her in person at the African Violet Society of America conventions in Atlanta and Phoenix. From the first meeting, her very real warmth and love was obvious, and beautiful. Johnnie frequently joined our local Tampa African violet Zoom meetings, where she was a welcome and delightful guest. Never doubt that she was loved and appreciated by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be missed, she will be mourned, but her life and her joy will be celebrated.
Sending heartfelt condolences and prayers of comfort to Tracey & Linda, Mike, Chan, Johnnie Bo, Porsche, JoAnne, Darryl, Monica, all beloved Grand Kids (Renee and Little Mickey), Gwen & Rodney, and all loved ones of Johnnie Pearl my other Mommy and Birthday Mate 🙏🏻.
I am so sorry to hear of your loss, Ms. Johnnie will be truly missed. May your Family find comfort in knowing that GOD has all of you during the loss of your loved one and that you can also find comfort in the love and support of those around you. She had a beautiful spirit, ready to help in anyway she could. May the memories of her love she has given and have been etched in your hearts bring peace and comfort during this difficult time. She has gone to be with the LORD but will not be forgotten, her memory will live on in all of us. I will keep the Family in prayer continually. No matter what we go through, GOD is always there to give us the strength and all that we need to heal while we grieve. Again, Remember you are not alone, GOD has you every step of the way.
