The man, the myth, the legend Kevin Black. Uncle Kev, before I was certain of anything, I was certain you were my father and Deneen Black was my mother. My earliest memories that I shared with you was you making me sit at the dining room table until I remembered Grandma's black address, you making me SpaghettiOs with cut up hotdogs in it. Legendary, like Grandpa chuck, you let me drink beer with my dinner when auntie let me stay at your spot for the weekend lol. I love you Uncle Black, sleep in peace.
A true soul will be missed. Let me first say my condolences to his daughter Kalisha, brother Ed, and his family. I met Kevin 30 years ago and he has always been the same. He would make you laugh no matter the situation he had a good heart and was a loving man. Now we know we all have our flaws but, even through his tough times in life he remained good hearted. Black you will truly be missed..

Prince Black was like a big brother to me. I grew up with his younger brother and i always remembered him trying to get us in check. I always said to him that one day i was gonna put him on his back pockets when i get older. He'd laugh and say GTFOH. I've missed that opportunity and i will truly miss him. Although i haven't seen him in over 34 years i can still his voice talking recklessly and having wild jokes. Great spirited brother. On behalf of my brother Vaughn and my 2 sisters Sheree and Pamela I'm sending our condolences to his family and loved ones.
From the first Day I met Kevin Black on 161 Pl he gave me hell. He would always tease me for being so skinny. He always kept everyone laughing with his funny sense of humor. I will never forget the day he picked my baby up from the babysitter and he was so mad that the baby looked like she had been crying all day, he proceeded to tell me with a few cuss words that the baby wasn't going back to the babysitter and he would be watching her from now on ! From that day on our bond was sketched in stone! I love you Brother- N- Law! R.I.H.
