I'm just finding out what happened and to say the least I'm devastated. What a wonderful young man you were and very uncommon for this day and time. You immediately adopted me as your auntie and ensured that we had lunch together every summer and would come to my home unannounced and I LOVED IT! I will cherish the pictures from your last visit, I'm so sorry that the world world will no longer have you as a blueprint for other young Black men and boys. Your bar was high, your work ethic stellar and your discipline unmatched. I was proud to call you my Delta nephew. You travel well and journey easy, look after us and stay forever a sweet boy. I wish I could have met your real family to share how much love you so easily spread to others. You made Atlanta a real place for me. Thank you and I love you young man.Job well done.

We have known Lawrence Peters for a very short time. During that time he has been a blessing to our family and we enjoyed his fellowship, positive thinking and his determination to stay focus on his goals for his life.
