To all of Ms. Kemp's family, I send my deepest condolences. Shantrecia was a wonderful, down-to-earth person and a mother full of heart. In my years of working with her on both sides of the desk, she was kind, caring, and put her children before anything. Our students adored her because of her personable nature.
