Funeral services for Joyce Ann Roberts, 51, of 12002 Hwy-64 Ramblewood Trailer Park Lot-60 Barnwell, SC will be private due to COVID-19 precautions regarding social distancing.
Miss Joyce Ann Roberts, was born on May 20, 1969 in Charleston, South Carolina to the late Ethel Mae Roberts Dunbar and Carswell Dunbar.
She was employed with Hardee’s in Barnwell, South Carolina for many years and later McDonald’s. Joyce was a very friendly person and will be missed by many.
She was preceded in death by both parents; and one brother, Michael Dunbar.
Joyce was called home to be with the Lord on November 10, 2020 at Aiken Regional Medical Center in Aiken, South Carolina.
She leaves to cherish her fond memories, her dear companion of many years, George Rhodes of Barnwell, SC; one daughter, A’leyah Rhodes (Dominique) of Barnwell, SC; two sons: Antron Roberts (Tiera) of Barnwell, SC and Deonta Rhodes (Kadejah) of Rincon, GA; two grandchildren: Avreyanna Roberts of Barnwell, SC, Kahmeir Rhodes of Rincon, GA; one sister, Rosia Lee Pierce of Indiantown, FL; stepchildren: Shekaba (Man) and George Rhodes Jr. (Shanika) both of Sylvania, GA, Cody Bryant (Alee), Al (Melissa) and Jakiem Rhodes all of Barnwell, SC; four brothers: George (Swansey) Roberts, Carswell Leroy Dunbar, Aubra (Yanette) Dunbar all of Barnwell, SC and Pastor Huley (Gloria) Dunbar of Indiantown, FL; nieces: Ronisha (Seth) Givler, Latasha Pierce, Latonya Pierce, Raquanda Pierce, Takeria Perkins, Dione’sha (Moses) Johnson, Ciera Dunbar, Aubretta Dunbar, Maria Dunbar, Lola Dunbar, Zaneria Dunbar; nephews: George Roberts Jr., Carswell Roberts, De’Andre Dunbar, Darnell Dunbar, Aubrey Dunbar Jr., Jalan Dunbar, Mario Franklin, Terrance Calhoun, Domanick Brodus, Corey McIntyre, Alphonso Wiley, Joshua Roberts, Ladamin Dunbar, Dustin Dunbar and Michael Dunbar Jr.; and a host of other loving relatives and caring friends.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, November 19, 2020 from 4-7 p.m.
