Funeral Services for Mr. Eddie Keen Sr. 58, of Unadilla GA will be Saturday July 17, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. on the Grounds of the Shiloh Baptist Church in Henderson, Georgia. Interment Shiloh Baptist Church Community Cemetery. Public Visitation will be held Friday July 16 from 2-6 p.m.
Eddie Moris Keen, Sr., was born on June 27, 1963, to the union of Willie Lee Keen, Sr., and Bernice Watkins Keen in Perry, GA. Eddie received his formal education in the Houston County School System in Perry, GA. Eddie accepted Christ as his personal savior at an early age. He was united in holy matrimony with Barbara Taylor (Keen) on June 27, 2016, and their union was blessed with four children. Eddie was employed as a farmer with Mr. Jerry Scott for over 30 years. In his spare time, he loved mechanic work, listening to music, riding his golf cart, and working on cars. Eddie was preceded in death by: his mother, Bernice Watkins Keen, and his sister, Debra Lynn Keen. He leaves to cherish his memory: his devoted wife, Barbara Taylor Keen; father, Willie Lee Keen, Sr.; children, Eddie Moris Keen, Jr., Quincy Taylor, Katricsula Taylor, and JuanQuita Taylor; a loving mother-in-law, Earnestine Taylor; grandchildren, Ryan Lawson, Chandler Taylor, Erin Pickeet, Asthon Royal, Quincee Taylor, Cameron Buckles, Yasmine Joseph, and Ny’Aja James; loving siblings, Mary (Marvin) Jefferson of Sylvester, GA, Willie Lee (Shirley) Keen, Jr., of Houston County, GA, Cleve (Lesia) Kenn of Henderson, GA, Walter James (Tina) Keen, Sr., of Lincolnton, GA, Ruben (Deborah) Keen, Sr., of Perry, GA, and Christopher (Necoal) Jones of Hawkinsville, GA; in-laws, Tammy (Tony) Lucas, Verrette Taylor, Quincy (Tangy) Taylor, Lancaster (Levenia) Taylor, Akita Taylor, Kenny Redding, and Shonda Fluellen; uncle-in-law, Eugene Taylor; a very devoted niece, Lakeisha Felder of Virgina; two devoted friends, Erik Wheeler and Curtis Worthy; and a host of other relatives, including the Manning Family, who were his devoted godbrothers and godsisters.
