Uncle I remember all the times you were telling us that we should start a restaurant with our own seasonings because we could start it to help the family. You were always willing to teach us how to filet a fish, or just give us a laugh. You were the party starter, and I was happy to always spend time with you. I know that you are happier now, but I still miss you. Rest in peace uncle Melvin.
