Funeral Services for Mrs. Mary Webb Harrell 76, of Unadilla GA will be held Saturday December 23, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at the New Bethel Baptist Church in Unadilla , GA. Interment will be Private.
Mary Lizzie Webb was born on May 3, 1947, in Dooly County to the parentage of the late Jay James and Mary Lizzie Webb. Mary attended Unadilla Elementary School and Vienna and Industrial High School (Rattles). She graduated under Dr. Napolean Williams. Mary joined the New Bethel Baptist Church at an early age. She joined the Usher Board where she served faithfully until her health failed her. She loved her church and went near and far to serve them. Mary worked many jobs. She worked at Tyson Foods Inc, for over 10 years, where she retired. Mary was blessed with one son. She was married to Johnnie Harrell for 15 years. She passed on their anniversary. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Jay and Mary Webb; brothers, Otha and Willie; sisters, Ola and Betty; and other nieces and nephews. She leaves in passing: devoted husband, Johnnie Harrell; son, Antonio Webb; one brother, Roy (Teris) Webb; four sisters, Dorothy Vance, Rosie Engram, Deloris Taylor, and Gwendolyn Lester; a niece raised as a sister, Marion Fleming; two sisters-in-law, Maggie Webb and Georgia Bell; devoted friends, Gail Hicks, Ruteen McWilliam, Lucille Caldwell, Emma Owens, and Cordelia Brown; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.
