Hello Family I was not aware of Rev Carlto 's transition. We met while serving churches in the Peninsula Delaware Conference I had not seen any posts from her lately. Surely I will miss her as well Always joyful and willing to share her wisdom Fond memories Pastor Shirley Polk Thanksgiving Day 2020 Decatur GA
She was a spirit of joy. She was a spirit of compassion of concern for others. She always teased me about being older by four hours. Yes we born on the same day. We had a bond that I can't describe. From elementary school through high school. I loved her so much. Peace sister you will never be forgotten. To the family I thank you for allowing me to enjoy your company your love and Charlotte.
Rev was so kind. I met Rev in 2004/2005. We attended the same church. We became friends, sister friends while serving in ministry. I was new to ministry & she was well seasoned & very knowledgeable. I loved that about her. As time went on we spent time together in different ministries in the church we served in. We both enjoyed that & loved working for the love side by side. My young daughter at the time we met was always with her & Rev would also teach her about or how to recognize her spiritual gifts etc. when I was in ICU she came to see about me, she protected me spiritually during that time, I will forever be grateful. We she needed me/us I was there. Loved her so. It pained me to know about all of the suffering until, God called her home. She always said she never wanted to have to be there n dialysis but & would comfort me when I had dialysis for a period. We left the Philadelphia church together & began to attend Bethany Baptist together. Love/loved, care/cared for Rev.
My deepest sympathy, you are in my prayers Rev. Nina Baker Philadelphia, PA
