Obituary For Crystal Gayle Wheeler
Crystal Gayle Wheeler, 35 yrs old of Durham, NC gained her wings June 12, 2025.
She is survived by her beautiful children Noah Garcia, Isabella Salmon and precious Hayden Salmon. One sister Lauren Hobgood, her mother Terry Shearin and step father Alan of Oxford NC. She was blessed with 2 sets of parents Debra and Doug Brinkley of Durham. They loved and cared for her like their own.
Crystal graduated from Kestrel Heights of Durham. She loved God and her children dearly.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

Remember meeting you at Kestrel and seeing you before school in Nortel parking lot. You are truly missed and thought of. I'm sorry that I couldn't stop this from happening. I remember Crystal as the lively young girl that my mom dubbed "Crystal the Pistol". Deborah and Doug, I know you poured your heart into helping Crystal, and she could always count on the two of you. Sending love and prayers to you and your family.
