In addition to her passion as a teacher, Elizabeth loved to travel with family and friends, she was an avid reader and developed deep friendships in her book club and did several seasons of ax throwing. Elizabeth was a friend to so many lifelong friends from Wilmington as well from her years in Durham and she will be missed by so many!
