Obituary For George Phillips

George Phillips
October 1, 1943 – September 24, 2026

Our Dad, Pop, and Poppy ❤️

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dad, George Phillips, who passed away peacefully at home on September 24, 2026.

After a long 2½-year battle with lung cancer that eventually spread to his brain, Dad is finally at peace. He had been feeling so good these past couple of months, which makes losing him now even harder, but we are grateful for that time with him.

We are who we are today because of everything he provided for us, the sacrifices he made, and the unwavering love and support he gave us throughout our lives. He was always there for us, and his presence was something we could always count on.

Racquel, Tracey, Denise, all of his grandchildren, our family, and the many wonderful people we've welcomed into our family over the years will forever feel the void he leaves behind. There will be so many moments when we wish we could pick up the phone, hear his voice, share a laugh, or simply have him here with us.

While our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that his struggle is over and he is finally at peace. We are grateful for the memories, the love, and the life we shared with him.

We love you, Dad. Thank you for everything you gave us, everything you taught us, and most of all, for always being there. You will forever be a part of who we are.

Rest easy, Pop. We love you always. ❤️

Please no flowers. I you want to give anything please donate to Wounded Warriors project or Cancer research.

Send flowers to the service of George Phillips
