Obituary For Gregory Webb

Gregory Keith Webb was born May 19, 1967 in Durham, North Carolina, to the late Richard Webb and Cynthia Webb-Tate.

He was a beloved son, brother, uncle and father who will be remembered for his vibrant personality, humor and generosity. Greg was as an all around athlete. He played basketball, baseball, track and field for various teams throughout childhood until he graduated from Jordan Senior High School. He had a special way of making people laugh and bringing family together. and those who knew him will forever remember his infectious laugh. He reclaimed his faith and devoted his days to being a better person and representing the principles he learned from his faith and lessons from his dear mother. He was an amazing chef and sports fanatic. He loved singing in his church choir and being a grandfather.

Gregory is survived by brother Jeffrey ‘Scotti’ Webb and his sister, LaWanda Webb; his children Giovonnti Webb, Kiera Blue, Marcus Hall, and Tageyanna Parker; and 4 grandchildren, Markia Sanford, Mason Harris, Messiah Hall, and Melody Hall. A special friend Valencia Robertson- Glenn.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 22, 2026, 1:00 pm at American Cremation & Funeral Service.
