James Tillman Oakley

James Tillman Oakley, 62, of Godwin, North Carolina, passed away peacefully at his home on September 25, 2025. He will be remembered for his love of family, his warm spirit, and the laughter he shared with all who knew him. He leaves behind his loving wife, Lisa Lyons Oakley, his children, grandchildren, mother, siblings, and a host of family and friends who will cherish his memory.
Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at American Cremation and Funeral Service, 1204 Person St., Durham, NC 27703.
