Jaylen P. Evans, age 27, of Durham, North Carolina passed September 12, 2026.
A celebration of life will be held Monday, September 28, 2026, 12:00 p.m. at Mt. Calvary Word of Faith Church, 3100 Sanderford Rd., Raleigh, North Carolina. The family will receive friends one hour prior.
