RIP Nathaniel (Bubba)ππΎποΈ. Condolences to the entire family during this difficult time. Thank you for being there for Sherion, Danielle, Nicole, Jeremy, and Stephen! You provided a place for the family and didn't ask for anything in return. You always had a smile on your face. We will miss you immensely, but I'm glad that you aren't in pain anymore. ποΈβ€οΈππΎ
Dear Nathaniel/Bubba
I don't even know where to begin, because "Uncle" never really captured what you were to me. You were so much more β a Father, a Protector, and Someone I could always count on no matter what.
Thank you for providing a home for me and my family. That meant more than I can ever fully put into words. You gave us stability, comfort, and a place where we felt safe and cared for.
Thank you for showing me what a real man looks like. Through your actions, your strength, your kindness, and the way you carried yourself.
Thank you for always being there for me. Knowing I could turn to you, no matter what, is something I will always be grateful for.
Thank you for all the cakes, pies, hot dogs and CDs you made me throughout the years. Those little things meant so much more than you probably ever realized. They were your way of showing love, and I felt it every single time.
Some of my favorite memories are the simple ones β the conversations, the laughter, just being together. Those moments will stay with me forever.
Your favorite song was "I've Been Weeping For a Mighty Long Time." by your favorite group The Blind Boys of Mississippi. I think about that now, and I'm grateful knowing you don't have to weep anymore. Your pain is gone, and you can finally rest in peace.
It's hard to imagine life without you here. There's a space in my heart that will never be the same. But I find comfort in knowing that a part of you lives on in me.
With All My Love,
Danielle
