Graveside service for Betty Jean Robinson Pugh 85, will be Wednesday, January 31, at 11 am at the Anniston Memorial Gardens with Rev. Richard C. Willis officiating. Mrs. Pugh passed away on January 25, 2024 at Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Pugh graduated from Cobb High School. She also graduated from Tuskegee University and Temple University. She was a retired nurse. She was a member of Mt. Ararat CME Church, and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. Survivors include her son: Stacy L. Kirby, daughter in-love: Keonta Adair, stepdaughters: Robin Gunn, Chireta Williams, Aundrea Swain, stepsons: Eric D. Spinks, Aranda Gunn, Teddric Williams; honorary sister: Mary J. Johnson, caregiver and honorary sister: Vanessa Woodruff grandchildren, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac Robinson and Ruth Robinson Ware, grandson Dominique Kirby, stepdaughter Kacia Kirby, 4 siblings.
