Funeral service for Brenda Ann Tyus 66, will be Friday, October 22, at 1 pm at the Anniston Funeral Service Outreach Ministry in the Russell H. Williams Memorial Chapel with Pastor Chandra Hughley officiating.
Interment will follow in Eden Hills Cemetery. Mrs. Tyus passed away on October 13, 2021 at NHC Healthcare. Mrs. Tyus was a member of Seventeenth Street Missionary Baptist Church. She graduated from Saks High School in 1972.
Survivors include her son: Rodriques C. (Kimberly) Tyus; grandsons: Oritheous J. Pilot, Armonte C. Tyus; great granddaughter: Nyla M. Pilot; in-laws: Brenda F. Tyus, Betty White, Roberta Tyus, Barbara (Leonard) Brown, George T. Bolton, Wherlee (Lula) Zeigler, John D. Zeigler, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie James and Matilda Motley Tyus, her husband, Paul Zeigler.
