Mrs. Cecil H. Pearson

Funeral service for Mrs. Cecil H. Pearson 71, will be Saturday, July 11, 2026 at Noon at St. Mary Baptist Church with Pastor Phillip Keith, officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary Church cemetery. Mrs. Pearson passed away on July 3, 2026.

Mrs. Pearson graduated from Cobb Avenue High School in the Class of 1973. She was a member of St. Mary Baptist Church. Mrs. Pearson retired from Anniston Army Depot after 35 years of service.

Survivors include her husband: Billy Pearson; her bonus sons: Everett Pearson, Laverrett Pearson and Chadrett Pearson; grandchildren: Braylon Pearson, Blane Pearson, Aniya Pearson; her sisters: Shirley Herron, Joyce Cherrie Schoultz, Priscilla Ashford, Lina Lynn Herron and Elizabeth Henry and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Daisy Mae Herron, siblings, Nathaniel Whitt Herron, Ellis D. Tatum, Cecil Little and Ruby Midgette.
