Obituary For James C. Monroe
Funeral service for James C. Monroe 57, will be Saturday, October 29, at 2 pm at the Anniston Funeral Service Outreach Ministry in the Russell H. Williams Memorial Chapel with Rev. Carlton Phillips, officiating.
Mr. Monroe passed away on October 18, 2022 at Regional Medical Center. Mr. Monroe graduated from Oxford High School in the Class of 1984. Survivors include his brothers Dexter (Laurie) Monroe, Pierre (Rosalind) Monroe; Special aunt: Denise Echoles, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death his parents, Jenada Monroe and Toby Brown, grandparents, Eliza and Deion Monroe, uncle, Paul Monroe, aunt, Nina Young.
