Obituary for Lola Rives
Graveside service for Lola Mae Rives 83, will be Wednesday, January 27, at 1 pm at the Eden Hills Cemetery with Bishop James Truss, Sr. officiating. Mrs. Rives passed away on January 19, 2021. Mrs. Rives retired from Stringfellow Memorial Hospital after 46 years of service. She was a member of Little Jerusalem AFM Church of God, Inc.
Survivors include her daughters: Patricia Pearson, Venetta (Rev. Jeffrey Williams) Rives; grandchildren: Ulysses Grant, Frederick (Jackie) Grant, Kaziah Williams; great grandchildren: Frederick Grant, Jr., Isabella White, Wesley Grant, Charles Grant; sibilings: Leroy Boozer, Alma (Percy) Hardy; extended children, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Satcher and Mae Bell Boozer, husband, Louis Rives, siblings, Freddie Bretten, Willie Charles Boozer, Edna Jordan, Dora Mae Grant, grandson, Kenan, niece, Antionne Sturkie.
