Survivors include her brother: Willie J. (Dorothy) Elston; sisters: Julia Elston, Lavern Elston; her bonus family: Veronica Cottingham, Monya, Cathey , Zack, Jamaine, Kerry, Bernard, George, Spence, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wiley Elston and Mollie Hall Elston, siblings, Charles Elston, J C Elston, Julia Elston, Polly Elston and Lucretia Ann Woods.
