Funeral service for Deacon Robert Lee Glass 61, will be Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 3 pm at the Mt. Liberty Baptist Church with Pastor Arthur Cottingham, officiating. Interment will follow in Eden Hills Cemetery. Deacon Glass passed away on March 16, 2026 at Regional Medical Center. Deacon Glass remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to his service.

Mr. Glass graduated from Anniston High School where he was a class member of the Funky Crew of 1982. He was a Deacon at Mt. Liberty Baptist Church. He retired in 2020 from Honda Manufacturing of Alabama. In 2024 Mr. Glass returned to the workforce being employed with Amentum, a subsidiary of The Anniston Army Depot.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years Ditinna Glass; his sons: Mondrecco (Jackie) Croft, Cedric Jackson; his daughters: Chasity Glass, Naquesha Jackson; his grandchildren: Zara Glass, Ivory Jackson, Tatyana Conley, Ahmad Kelley; sister: Tammie Glass; special nieces and nephew: Tamara, Justice, Janiyah, Kylie and Jabari, loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, John W. Glass, his mother, Margia S. Glass, grandparents, brothers, John Glass and Tommy Glass, special aunts, Agnes Rudolph and Polly Smith.
