Obituary for Sidney Goodson
Funeral service for Sidney Wayne Goodson 57, will be today, at 11 am at the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Carlton Phillips, officiating.
Interment will follow in Eden Hills Cemetery. Mr. Goodson passed away on November 27, 2019.
Mr. Goodson's remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to his service. Mr. Goodson graduated form Anniston High School in 1980. He retired from Regional Medical Center Cafeteria after 30 years of service. Survivors include his siblings: Lynn (Sharon) Goodson, Ulysses (Kim) Goodson, Corliss Goodson, Stephen (Davina) Goodson, Elder Terrence (Valerie) Goodson, Charles (Tanya) Goodson, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Lauretta Goodson, grandparents, Eugene and Onetha McGhee, brothers, George and Lawrence Goodson, nephew, Kayunjah Goodson, sister in-law, Xuan Lam Goodson.
