Douglas Glenn Campbell, (also known as Glenn by family and friends) age 70, passed away on August 8, 2025 in New York. He was born on July 9, 1955, in Dillon, SC to Sadie Lee Campbell.

Douglas attended Dillon County Public Schools and later relocated to New York City, where he worked and retired from Harlem Hospital.

Douglas was a proud man that was very outgoing and made lots of friends. He enjoyed traveling, eating at different restaurants & spending time with family and friends. He loved western movies, music and dancing.

Douglas was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie Campbell; mother, Sadie Lee Campbell; sister, Olivia C. Page; brother, Jurdian James Campbell; and stepdaughter, Audrey Morris.

Douglas leaves behind two daughters, Tasha (Jalil) Hall of Bridgeport, CT, and Jonte’ Campbell of Hamden, CT; one son, Douglas Tartt of Dillon, SC; one stepson, Andrew Morris of Bronx, NY; one stepdaughter, Angela Morris of Bronx, NY; grandchildren: Janazia, Asia, Sabrina, Shiheem, Victoria & Jaden; great grandchildren: Josiah, Carter, Jordan, Khalil and Delon. He will also be deeply missed by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
