Isabel Bernier was born on September 15, 1962 in the Bronx, New York to the union of Gertrude and Pedro Bernier. Isabel had three sisters Jenny, Evelyn, Arlene and one brother Raymond/Poppo. Isabel was called home on April 30, 2021 at Jacobi Hospital in the Bronx. Isabel was educated in the Public Schools of the Bronx; She spent her lifetime as a childcare provider and a home health aide. Isabel loved to dance, cook meals for her family while laughing and joking. Her favorite thing to do was going out to eat at different restaurants, but City Island was her favorite place to go and eat. Isabel is proceeded in death by both her parents, her sister Jenny, and her brother Poppo. She leaves to cherish precious memories: her daughter Nakia Williams, son Ellis Williams and son-in-law Marc White. Her second mother Louise Williams, two sister Trina & Tiva, two brothers Greg & Darryl and the loving father of her children Jacob Williams; grandchildren Diazhean, Sean, Mayson, Marc, Mya Mikey, Dior, Gabby, Isabel Marriah, Danesha, Kamaura, Taraji, Amiri, her partner in life Keith Gilliard and a host of loving nieces, nephews cousins and friends all whom will miss her dearly.
