Priscilla Ann Smith was born on March 3, 1958, in New York City to the proud parents of Kenneth Smith Sr. and Mamie Eldridge. She was the second of 5 children and later on in life went on to have 3 children of her own. During her early life, she ran in different marathons with her then partner Michael Mccray and her best friend Bernadette Miller. She had other relationships with Wyman Carter Sr. and Joe Mitchell. She was a very loving mother who would do whatever she had to for her 3 children.
In May of 1994, her life took a turn when she suffered a major stroke, however, God said it was not her time. Life changed for me and my brothers, but at least our mother was still around. Priscilla loved to go shopping especially for candy. In April of 2023, we learned she had lung cancer. She was so full of energy you could not tell she was battling any illness. I'm grateful I was able to be by her side to the bitter end. One thing I will miss is her smile and how she listened to me when I needed motherly love. Thank you MOMMY for giving me the life that you did and all of the memories we created together. I miss you so much but I know you are dancing with your parents and your brother now. You will forever be in our hearts. We love love you, MOMMY.
