Terrell Elliott Baker (affectionately known as Snoopy) was born on January 30, 1991, in Bronx, New York, the beloved son of Ronald Elliott Baker and Tasha Latoya Aytch. On Monday, August 18, 2025, Terrell passed away at home after a long illness. He is now resting peacefully, free from pain and suffering. God granted Terrell his wings to become an angel in His kingdom.
Terrell grew up in The Bronx, Harlem, and Staten Island. As a child, he loved playing with his cars and spending time with his maternal grandparents and cousins. He was baptized on April 24, 1994, at New Hope Community Church in Harlem, NY.
Terrell attended St. Paul’s Catholic School on Staten Island, NY as well as New York City public school system. Terrell decided to pursue doing whatever his heart desire. He worked as a taxicab driver, forklift operator, and held various other jobs over the years.
He was affectionately known by many nicknames from family and friends—Snoopy, Snoop Dog, Puma, Mr. Charlie, and Mr.
Terrell was passionate about cars, motorcycles, and women. He loved watching cartoons, sucking his thumb, and spending his time listening to all kinds of music. He also loved fishing, driving, and riding his motorcycle. He was known as a "human GPS"—he only needed directions once and could get you anywhere you needed to go.
Terrell was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Elliott Baker; grandparents Ronald Sylvester Baker, Annette Baker, Mary Baker, and William Aytch Sr.; great-grandparents General Jackson and Hattie Mae Jackson; Rev. Benjamin F. Moultrie and Janice Elizabeth Smith Moultrie; and James and Anna McElveen. He was also preceded by his uncles William Aytch Jr. and Bryon Jackson; great-uncles Paul Walden and Otis Paschal; and aunts Cynthia Jackson and Willadean Walden.
To cherish his memory, Terrell leaves behind his devoted mother, Tasha Latoya Aytch; his sister, Tasche Latisha Lewis; his brother, Richard William Davis-Aytch; and his brother-in-law, Demario Lewis. He is also survived by his grandmother,Marion Aytch; his great-aunt, Ernestine Paschel; and his aunts, Karin Torrence, Maureen Aytch, Tania Latisha Aytch, and Crystal Sanders; and his uncles, Sidney Jackson, Christopher Torrence, Lamont Baker, Marvin “Shabazz” Baker, Pierre Aytch, and Kendall Aytch. Cousins: Keith and Kevin Aytch, Kenneth Gadsden, Pierre Aytch, Chamair Torrence, Taylor Jackson, Marvin Baker, Talia Aytch, Tanji Green, Cherise, Amanda, and Charlene Sanders, Ronnie Dunn, Chyna Aytch, and a host of other family members and friends who were touched by his life.
Terrell, you touched so many people’s lives with your character, charisma, sense of humor, affectionate smile, and contagious laughter. You had a special gift for bringing people together through your positive energy and love for life. Your deep love for family and friends will be forever treasured in our hearts. We will mourn you until the day we meet again.
