Victoria Smith was born on February 7, 1950, to the late Beulah Williams and Bill Haywood. Victoria graduated from high school and went on to pursue a career as a Home Health Aide for over 40 years, dedicating her life to caring for others.

Victoria Smith was a very independent woman who loved being surrounded by her family. She was always there for them, enjoying quality time together filled with good food, music, games, and laughter. Victoria was like a firecracker—full of life, love, and light. She was the life of every gathering and left an unforgettable mark on everyone she met.

The world has lost a pillar—a dynamic, strong, and loving woman. Her loss is too great not to be felt, but her spirit will continue to live within us, forever in our hearts. We will cherish and remember all the wonderful times she blessed us with.

She loved her children dearly and devoted her life to their happiness and well-being. Her greatest joy came from seeing them grow, succeed, and carry forward the values she instilled. She was also a cherished grandmother and great-grandmother to more than forty grandchildren and great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense pride and joy. Her home was always filled with laughter, warmth, and the comfort of her love.

Victoria leaves behind her loving husband, Rudy McConner, her 11 children Carrie Michelle, Edward Luke Jr., Anna, William, Lawrence, Vanessa, Jacqueline, Joseph, Daniel, David, and Robert Smith. Her gentle heart, selfless love, and unwavering devotion to her family will forever be remembered. The beautiful memories she leaves behind are a reflection of a life well-lived and a love that will never fade.
