Ashley Chavone Watkins, 33, of Stone Mountain, GA, passed away on May 26, 2022.
A public visitation celebrating the life of Ashley will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022 from 1:00PM - 7:00PM at East Lake United Methodist Church located at 2500 Hosea L. Williams Dr., SE, Atlanta, GA 30317.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 1:00PM at Cedar Grove AME Zion Church located at 2430 Hildebrand Rd., Salisbury, NC 28147. A visitation will be at 12:00 noon (one hour prior to service).
Interment after service at Cedar Grove AME Zion Church Cemetery.
Barrett Funeral Home Oglethorpe has been entrusted with final arrangements.

My condolences to the Ashley's family. I did not know her personally but she worked side by side with my husband whom she called Polo, for a while. He grew very fond of her and often spoke of her. She challenged him to a basketball game. She is missed.
