The family will be receiving friends on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 1937 Andre Drive, Dillon, South Carolina 29536. From 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

A public viewing for Deacon David Keith Samuel will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at the Samuel Bartell Memorial Chapel, located at 1309 East Calhoun Street, Dillon, South Carolina 29536.
Celebration of Life for Deacon David Keith Samuel will be held on Friday, November 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at St. Matthew AME Church, located at 401 Elkins Road, Hamer, South Carolina 29547.
Deacon David Keith Samuel will be laid to rest at Roadside Memorial Gardens in Dillon, South Carolina.
Bartell Funeral Home, LLC of Dillon, South Carolina, has been entrusted with all arrangements and professional services.
