To the Family of Deacon Johnny Brown Sr.
John 14:1 reminds us, "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me." We give these same words to the entire Brown Family. We, the Official Staff and the entire membership of The Family Missionary Baptist Church pause to express our sincere condolences and salutations on the transition of Deacon Johnny Brown. We know though Deacon Johnny Brown's presence will be missing his memories as well as his legacy will linger and be cherished for years to come. While we recognize that nothing happens outside the will of God, yet because of the human tie that has been broken, it touches our hearts with agony and pain.
While we pause in salutation for his legacy, we see a reflection of the Brown's Legacy in the faithful witness of our dear Brother David, Sister Cheryl, and the girls and grands. Yet it is our sincere prayer that God would continue to sustain each of you in the coming days. We commend you to him, who can comfort your fears, dry your tears, heal your heart, and give you a new start.
While times like this remind us that life is short, death is sure, sin is the cause, but Christ is the Cure, we pray that we all will continue being steadfast and unmovable in the works of the Lord.
Be it resolved that a copy of this Resolution be given to the family of Deacon Johnny Brown and a copy be placed in the archives of Family Missionary Baptist Church.
Humbly Submitted,
Lady Michelle LaMarr, Church Administrator
Frederick V. LaMarr, Senior Pastor
