It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of MacKenzie Lee "Baby Girl" Alford-McNeill (9), who transitioned on Wednesday, October 1, 2026, at Duke University Hospital in Durham, North Carolina. The family will be receiving friends at 500 Bluehill Drive, Apt 103. Pembroke, North Carolina 28372, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

A Celebration of Life for MacKenzie Lee "Baby Girl" Alford-McNeill will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 1:00 PM, at Greater Expectations Church of the Lord, located at 701 US-301, Dillon, South Carolina 29536.
MacKenzie Lee "Baby Girl" Alford-McNeill will be laid to rest at Mt. Plier Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Rowland, North Carolina.

MacKenzie came into my life when I was a baby nurse, and she helped shape me into the nurse I am today. Thank you for sharing her with us and for being phenomenal care givers to this sweet angel.
