Obituary For Mr. Lonnie Bethea

Lonnie Dell Bethea affectionately known as “Solo” was born on May 17, 1982 at Saint Eugene Medical Center, Dillon, South Carolina to Lonnie Brown and Shirley Brown. He departed this earthly life on Tuesday, August 28, 2018.

Lonnie attended the public schools of Dillon County, South Carolina. He worked at various jobs including Perdue, Smithfield Foods, House of Raeford and Harbor Freights. Lonnie also worked with his uncle Lucius Bethea helping with his lawn service business.

On November 5, 2012 he was joined in holy matrimony to Tiffany Pittman and to this union three children were born.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Frank and Ila Mae Bethea.

Lonnie leaves to cherish his loving memories ~ his wife: Tiffany; four children: Jamison and the twins: Madison and Mason all of the home: Cameron McCall of Dillon, SC; his parents: four sisters: Sherry (Darius) Bethea of Dillon, SC, Shemeka (Stanley) White and Lashanda White both of Winston Salem, NC, Sabrina Brown of Laurinburg, NC; two brothers: Lonniel Brown and Johnny Mack Brown III both of Laurinburg, NC; mother and father-n-law: Elder Tommy and Willie Bell Pittman of Dillon, SC; paternal grandparents: Johnny and Gladys Brown of Dillon, SC; great grandmother: Maggie Bethea of Dillon, SC; one sister-n-law: Alicia Pittman of Dillon, SC; three brothers-n-law: Darius Bethea and Tommy Pittman Jr. both of Dillon, SC, Stanley Dalton of Winston Salem, NC and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and special friends.
