.Evangelist Annie Tart Vanderhall was born on December 19, 1946 to the late John and Comlee Tart. She was born in Robeson County, North Carolina and departed this earthly life on Sunday, June 7, 2020 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, South Carolina.
Annie attended the Robeson County Public Schools. She specialized in Culinary Arts. She was a very good cook. Her passion was reading and studying God’s Word. Annie was a minister of the Word at Hazy Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Hamer, South Carolina. Her ministerial duties were teaching adults Sunday School and Vacation Bible School. She was a woman after God’s own heart; she was also a prayer warrior and praiser. Annie showed love to everyone and everywhere you saw her, she had a smile and she loved shopping at Walmart.
Annie leaves to cherish her loving memories ~ her loving husband: James Curtis Vanderhall; three daughters: Annie Marie Vanderhall, Sheila Vanderhall and Nicole (Bobby) Purnell; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
