Pastor Joyce McBride Goings

I met Joyce and her twin Joan through my good friend Sherry. I looked up to and respected her way back then. She was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost. Although Sherry and I were not saved during that time, she always spoke to me with love and kindness. Pastor Joyce was an awesome woman of God who walked with integrity. I extend my condolences to the McBride and Goings families. Rest well, Pastor Joyce. You fought a great fight.

My sincere condolences and prayers to all who are affected by this transition. God is the only one that I know who can make a heart, break a heart and put a heart back together again. He is a heart mender! Pastor Joyce and her Sister Joan were always sweetly saved. Growing up in the United Church Of God those two were always faithful and present at many gatherings. I first saw those ladies at a United Church Of God, union at Emmanuel UCOG in Sanford, Nc March of 1983. Great people who lived Holy.
