Tonny Olando McNeil

Tonny and I were acquaintances and became friends working in economic development over the past 20 years. Always a gentleman and kind who did great work. There are a lot of people with good paying jobs in Dillon and Marlboro counties and in NC where he worked recruiting companies to each community and helping create new jobs and investment. I am going to miss my friend and his family and fellow friends are in my prayers.
