Tracy Erwin Fulmore

Fulmore family I send my condolences on the passing of Tracy Erwin Fulmore. I had lost contact with him in these last years. I was a dispatcher for Troop # 7 and worked with him. Sending our most sincere and sweetest Condolences to Ret South Carolina State Trooper and friend of ours. We met this very tall stature on his and my then husband, Trooper Shannon Chandler, along with TJ Joye, on their Graduation Day from the Academy. Jennifer and Tracy's baby girl, Jessica were just a beautiful arm baby. We were stationed in Dillon, where Tracy were from. I became family to his and the beautiful Jennifer's family. I will always cherish the moments he would come in town, taking me along with him and "Jenn", to cook outs. So very sorry to learn the passing of him. Praying for his children, grands and family in the days ahead. May he rest in peace—

To the family of Tracy, my classmate. I was saddened when I heard the news of his passing. He was a wonderful person, a great classmate and neighborhood friend. I wish that we could have spent some of our adult life together spending time at our class reunions. He has been and always will be missed by me and the "CLASS OF 83".

Tracy is my father, I am the oldest of five children. I reside in Florence Co with my husband and our children. My siblings Tray, Kayce (Husband), and Forrest (Wife) all reside in Columbia SC alone with my nieces and nephews. With kind regards, we thank you!
