It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Wanda Fay Evans (48), who transitioned on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Novant Health in Wilmington, North Carolina.

There will be no public viewing.
Celebration of Life for Wanda Fay Evans will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at 12:00 PM (NOON) at Southern Grove Baptist Church, located at 2784 Townsendville Road, Maxton, North Carolina 28364.
Wanda Fay Evans' final resting place will be at the Family of God Cemetery in Rowland, North Carolina.
