Mrs. Miko Dionne Ceasar was born May 10, 1967 in Panama City, Florida to the late Reto Williams and David Wells; and her grandmother, Willie Lee Green who raised her.
Miko attended the public schools in Bay County and graduated from Rutherford High School in 1985. She later received her certification in Medical Billing and Coding from Haney Technical Center. She was employed with the Digestive Disease Center for over 10 years.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was always dedicated to helping others. Miko was a strong, resilient and one of the kindest people you would meet and such an encouragement to all who knew her. She loved her kids and grandkids with all she had.
Miko gained her wings on Sunday evening, December 17, 2023. Saddened by her demise, we will forever treasure the priceless memories we have gathered throughout the years.
Miko leaves a lifetime of love and memories to be cherished by her husband of 34 years, Kenneth Ceasar, Sr., who has always been a bright light in her life; her children, Kierra Ceasar, Kenneth Ceasar, Jr. and Desmond Davis; granddaughters, Milahn McKinney and Kynlee Ceasar; sisters, Gina Williams and Kristian Williams; special nephew, Tyrone (Lisa); special uncle, Booker T. Washington; goddaughters, Octavia Duncan, Taylor Franklin, Jamara Gainer; loving best friends, Roxie Franklin and Yvette Wren; and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at Battle Mortuary on Friday, December 22nd from 4-6p.m. A homegoing Celebration will be Saturday, December 23rd at 11a.m. at Carters Temple First Born Church in Wewahitchka, Florida with Pastor Bradford Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in the Redwood Cemetery in Panama City with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Battle Mortuary of Panama City.

My deepest sympathies and prayers to Miko's family and friends. Being raised by like-minded grandmothers we became fast friends in our Millville community. I cherish the memories of the day we talked our grandmothers into letting us ride the city bus alone to do our back-to-school shopping. We did more 'loafing around' than shopping. You always had that beautiful smile whenever I 'd pop my head in to speak to you at my Digestive Diseases Center. Say hi to our grandmothers and mothers for me. Rest in Love. Tonya Edwards
To a wonderful soul and a humble spirit. Whenever We would visit Panama City Miko would greet Us with outstretched arms and an open heart. My brothers George, Standford/Two Nickels, and myself always felt at home in her company. My prayer is that the Lord bless her with one of his many Mansions in Paradise. Our heartfelt condolences to the family at this difficult time. Warith El-Amin and Family. Rochester,NY
