Anita Gayle Fryer received the gift of life on August 30, 1961 in Panama City, Florida to the late LeRoy White, Sr. and Ada Mae Fryer.Anita was employed at Gulf Coast Hospital where she worked for the past several years. She enjoyed working at Gulf Coast and took great pride in doing her job. She was loved and respected by many of her coworkers and friends and she gave them love and respect in return.She loved her family, especially her boys and enjoyed spending time with them. She lived life and enjoyed it to the fullest. She further enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews, whom she affectionately loved and referred to them as “Nee Nee” babys. In her leisure, she enjoyed sipping on her drink and eating bar-be-que. She will truly be missed by the many hearts she touched, but will be forever by remembered by the love she gave.Anita gained her wings on August 15, 2022 in Callaway, Florida. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, LeRoy White, Jr.Saddened by her demise, but cherishing those treasured memories that was made and shared are: three sons, David Gipson, II, Daon Gipson and DiKajah Teague; three sisters, Martha Fleming, Holly White and Beverly Smith (Eugene); two brothers, Michael White and Jerome White; four nieces, Danielle Smith, Dominique Smith, Gabrielle Smith and Rachel Smith; three nephews, Eric Fleming, II, Leroy White, III and Bruce Falson; great nieces and nephews, Keesiah, Angel, Lee’ajah, Ariel, Jasirah, Zavreah, Eric III and Ny’leah; a very special little cousin, KeAndrea Davis; bonus sister, Tina Edwards; three special cousins, Terry Sly, Gloria Sly and Eunice Fryer; best friend, Pat Frink; god daughter whom she loved dearly, Tasha Mathis; god son, Jerome; close friends, Detrich Williams (Dek) and Johnathan Forbes; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.A Solemn Farewell will be held Saturday, August 27th at 2p.m. at the Battle Mortuary Chapel. Memorialization will be by cremation with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Battle Mortuary.
