So sorry for the loss of our sweet Betty our cousin 😢 💔 I didn't know this until today. Betty was married to my first cousin. We used to talk often. We lost contact somehow. My prayers are with the family!!!

Sending love and prayers to the family. Mrs Betty was such a sweet and loving person. May God gives each one of you the strength to endure. She is now resting in the bosom of God. Love Rb and Eddie Mae Lewis

I have so many sweet memories of this beautiful Queen. From my childhood days of visiting Connie, Clarence, and Vickie at the wood frame house on Mapp Street (before the brick house)for our play adventures, to my visits to St Paul AME, every encounter with Mrs Betty was a blessing for me. She was always warm and welcoming at home, and at St Paul. I cherish her always checking up on me and my family. I always felt loved by her, and well regarded.

Connie, Eddie, and Michael, your mother was one of the best!! You already know that. Just remember that her love for you will always abide with you. To the grandchildren and and great-grands, you are part of the legacy of Christian goodness and hope that Mrs Betty modeled for you.

May God embrace each one of you as you endure this time to adjust to her absence from Earth. May you always remember the lessons she taught you in her loving way. I am praying that God will continue to strengthen and encourage you as you rely on Him to bring you through this time of sorrow. May Mrs Betty rest well in the Father's arms. Carol Williams Smith
